DESIGN

All our machines and production lines are entirely designed and engineered in-house, covering mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
We utilize advanced CAD software to develop both complete assembly drawings and detailed mechanical components, as well as full electrical schematics.
With over a decade of experience, our engineering team continuously implements improvements and innovations across all areas, ensuring high-performance machinery at competitive prices.
Our fully in-house design process also allows for a high level of customization, with particular focus on space optimization — an increasingly important requirement for manufacturers today.

CONSTRUCTION

The mechanical parts are partially made internally but our company then uses a series of highly loyal external suppliers, which offer an excellent level in the processing and treatment of materials.
The assembly of the machines is fully made in Zeta, whose operators guarantee a high level of expertise and assembly precision, thanks to the experience gained over many years.

COMMISSIONING

Zeta is able to install and commission either the single machines or the complete lines at the customer’s site, ensuring that all the design parameters are also guaranteed on site, in order to obtain the best performance.
During commissioning, furthermore, adjustments can be made to optimize the interface with the customer’s systems, in order to obtain maximum performance at the end of the job.
The customer’s staff is directly trained on the machinery by our technicians, who can therefore help a lot in clarifying any doubts of the end users.
Also Binacchi personnel is available to provide commissioning services for our machines.

OUR SERVICES

MAINTENANCE

Our machines are guaranteed for one year, but we are always close to our customers, being able to intervene in reasonable times with our technicians to solve operating problems or to adapt the machines to new production needs. If the customer wishes, we can also install a remote connection device to the machines using the internet, safe because it is encrypted and managed by secure servers with exclusive access. One of these units is enough for each plant, and if all the Zeta machines are connected to it via the ethernet network, our technicians can connect from our office for diagnostics or to make small software changes that may be required.

CUSTOMIZATION

Much attention is paid to the customization of our machines, which are thus “designed” tailored to the specific needs of the customer.

TECHNICAL OFFICE

The technical offices, both mechanical and electronic, are equipped with all up-to-date design tools, managing to guarantee a rapid response to the needs of customization and study of new solutions to always guarantee an excellent performance of our plants and machinery.
